Pleased with the conversion work done on my new Taxi, and my customers love the installed seating option. Had communication issues on collection day (hence 4 stars), but at end that was resolved. Words of advise, you could emplement a 'job completion check list', just to check those nitty-gritty things, such as workshop dust, aren't missed before a customer collect their vehicles,...ohoo, talk and update customers regularly too.

So i went there just short of two years ago with my brand new transporter, had two windows fitted and carpet lined and insulated, and rear speakers fitted. side windows leaked since day one. Just had a pop top fitted by a top company this week, they had to remove the side panels - no insulation fitted behind the carpet, the wiring for the speakers appalling, they have used house hold electric cable and one cable supplying two speakers ???? Why? Wires draped over and left lying everywhere behind the carpet nothing clipped or secured. So basically i paid 1500 for job that needs everything to be removed and done again. Didn’t even give me an invoice. Was told it would be emailed. I really cant believe the workmanship on a brand new van and no insulation at all. Appalled and not even worth my effort to ring up as i know its two years ago now no invoice. I would not let them even try to rectify after what i have seen today. Animals. In my opinion a totally fair report that cannot be argued with. Photos available if anyone wants them. I have taken plenty. I’m totally disgusted!

I book to have my dad's mercedes vito converted to a hackney taxi i was quoted around 3999 for the full conversion and the the IVA test. But when i send my dad to have the work done, eleven motor homes charged his an extra 1500 because my dad could not understand english properly. I was promised that the work would only take one day to complete for the conversion, so i book a 2 night hotel for dad. Not only they did not finish the work in one day they took 2 and when my went to see them midday the next day to see if the finished. Not only they did not finish the work but shouted at my dad for their delay. Eleven motor home did not supply the wheelchair ram and told my dad that they will post it to him and now they are refusing to send it.That's very good customer service. I am not writing to stop others going their for their conversions but i am writing that if you are doing the conversion you have be careful because these people don't care about their customers all they care about is the money in your pocket and how they can get their hands on your money as quickly as possible.
