Poor and unprofessional service. My Husband booked a valuation on the phone a week ago, at the time he said the woman on the phone seemed uninterested, but she booked us in for today at 12:30pm. We spent time preparing the house and arranged childcare, however no one showed up! Luckily, we also booked a valuation with Manning Stainton, they did show up and were very friendly, so we will be proceeding with them!

We have been using Emsleys Estate Agents since 2006, happy with their service in buying as well as renting the home.

Absolutely disgusting service! We were told numerous un truths. Lost a house we were buying due to them failing to tell us we were in a chain of 5 despite been told originally our buyer was chain free! The women in the office were the most un professional people we’ve had the misfortune of dealing with. The estate agent in the middle of the chain (Alex at Renton and Parr) was absolutely amazing and proved to be the only person who knew his job and actually gave correct information. I’d advise anyone AGAINST dealing with Elmsleys estate agents. Incompetent, un professional and rude!

The Rothwell branch couldn't handle property rentals in Rothwell, so had to travel to Seacroft. Very strange.
