That woman name Leizl is rude and ignorant. She's rude to my daughters. They were asking her and she just stayed unresponsive for whatever reason. If she's fed up with her pathetic life, serve her right to be spite by God to have a terminal illness. That's not tge way you treat customers

I wasn't sure at first about their service or if I would buy their products online. That is why, I contacted them on social media and upon receipt of their reply, they have moderated my doubts. Even one star feels too much. I've waited close to a month for my delivery, the driver never came, never knocked on the door and after calling and texting constantly turns out he hadn't bothered to get out of his car. I was told my order would be posted next day it wasn't and several days later when I enquired further as to my order's whereabouts they expected me to pay a further 6.99 postage. I flat out refused and when I asked for a refund FOR AN ORDER THEY COULDN'T BE BOTHERED TO DELIVER they wanted 5 to issue the refund. Absolutely disgusting level of service. UPDATE! They refunded me MINUS the 5 "cancellation fee" for not being able to do their job. AVOID.

Filfoods went above and beyond with my order. They tailored it for me, their communication was brilliant and dispatch time also very good. I cannot fault this company and I would highly recommend it to anyone whether you're ordering at the store, or online.

Went into the store and both ladies at the till were unhelpful and rude. Went to buy their products online to avoid their poor store service and payment went through but delivery never came. Tried contacting them several times to chase up the order until finally got through only to be told that my family have been blacklisted for putting down a negative comment here. Atrocious service and unprofessional business. Get your stuff elsewhere if you can.

I ordered on the 18th May and paid 5.99 for the 1-2 days delivery, I received a confirmation email on 26th of May, I received my package on the 27th of May (9 DAYS FOR THE NEXT DAY DELIVERY THAT I PAID FOR) . My order got mixed up, some of it wasn't the correct item, and all the baked goods are MOULDY, one of them is also uncooked. Tried contacting several times and owner just says "Ok, if that's the case, sorry." . Tried asking for a refund, NO REPLY. Noone picks up the phone either.
