Fix IT rescued an external back up drive for me. The guys demonstrated a good understanding of the issue, noted what was needed and delivered. They also understand about Macs and did not diss Apple in the way some IT people do. I used their drop off and collect service in place due to COVID restrictions and they communicated well by phone and text. They can also order things on for you if they don’t have them in stock. In all a good experience.

I recently used Fix iT to help with a damaged hard drive. I was very impressed with the service. They always remained in touch about the work being done. Unfortunately the drive was not repairable but they gave me a really good price for a new one and installed windows 10 and MS office for me which helped keep me working. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

These guys are brilliant. Polite, helpful, honest and willing to take the time to explain what they are doing and why. They put you at ease with their calm manner and open approach. Computer repairs can be a mine field. These chaps take all that stress away.

I recently had the misfortune of accidently dropping my 6 month old contract phone (not insured) into hot soapy water \u200d️ i took my phone here with little hope of it being able to be repaired, somehow they did and I had my phone back in a few days lovely helpful staff, kept me informed and very reasonably priced, thank you
