I opted to pop into the shop as I live locally, so I can't comment on the online service, but I honestly have no idea why some people have put 1 stars on here! I dropped my GHDs off on Monday morning and by lunchtime they were fixed. They sent me a text to update me and when I went back to collect, they talked me through what went wrong. Excellent value for money and lovely people working there. I'd recommend them and would use them again if any other appliances broke (they also repair a range of household appliances) A big thank you!
