Absolutely appalling customer service. We paid double for a single visit to fix two items and then had the visit cancelled with 15 minutes to go after waiting weeks. After waiting another 2 weeks the repair required parts that we paid for and were never ordered. Three months later and our dishwasher remains not repaired and our request that it was dealt with by customer services received the most insulting and patronising reply I have ever witnessed. I work in the NHS and over the course of this year my regular 18 hour days and working weekends are made irritatingly longer by the lack of such a simple item. Not having a dishwasher is a first World problem that I can live with. Spending 350 to have it sit as an ornament in my kitchen to be insulted by this company is not.
