Called at my local go outdoors branch at York Road in leeds this morning new years day , to collect a rucksack that I had reserved online. As I walked into the store I was greeted with miserable staff that didn't even acknowledge my presence, nor did anyone say good morning sir how can I help you today. I had to approach a staff member to ask about my reserved item who seemed lifeless & unresponsive & walked off to get my item like she didn't want to bother. I know its new years day today but if you have to work then you should at least try to smile & say hi when a customer walks into your store as the staff at York Rd Leeds were like the walking dead & they require a little more customer service training.
