Excellent service I had a bumper scuff on my 2016 BMW 2 series. I wanted it fixed sooner rather than later so called everywhere within driving distance and nobody could fit me in within the next two weeks. A couple of places gave me quotes of over 320. I Took mt car here and got the repair completed within 2 days at a cost of 300 Inc. VAT. They even gave me a lift back to my house so I didn't have to get a taxi home. The repair job itself was first rate. Can't recommend enough.

Had a 2 mph bump the other day, resulting in minor damage. Offered to pay for the minor scuff on the ladies bumper. She has taken her car for a quote here. First off all they charge 20 which I paid for a quote which is ridiculous when trying to retain or draw business in why would you charge a individual? I can understand charging a insurance company (these are the seeky ways they make more money off insurance claims.). And the over inflated prices are so ridiculous that it made me roll on the floor laughing. 520 for a tiny scuff. All the feed back I've read on this place is negative. DAY LIGHT ROBBERY STAY AWAY!

Where to begin, it took them over a week to get me a courtesy car sorted out; they then had my car over 4 weeks in which time I had to chase updates to find out what was going on. Then last Friday after to calling them on the hour every hour from 11am with no-one picking up the phone until 4pm, they announced the car was “ready for collection after passing quality control.” I don’t know who performs quality control for Just Car Clinic Leeds but if he or she worked for me they would be instantly fired; Stevie Wonder could have made a better job. The car needed a lot of work doing to it but the quality of work done was abysmal, the front wing had paint dimples all other it from what I believe to have been the silicone in the air, instead of respraying the back doors where there were accident marks and scuffs they had tried to polish them out and not succeeded, the plastic black trim around the wheel arches was scratched and scuffed as if they hadn’t even replaced it. When I challenged the assessor about this she turned around to me and said do you think all of this was really caused by the accident? As it could be car park damage, I was livid the car is only just 12 months old with less than 18,000 miles on the clock and was in pristine condition before the accident. I am still waiting to find out if all the damage will be sorted out but I won’t be accepting the car back until it is; I strongly advise not to use Just Car Clinic Leeds at all the workman ship is appalling and the customer service is even worse. Rest assured when I do get the phone call the car is ready I will be looking over it with a fine tooth comb and if it’s not right I won’t be accepting it back.

We're do I start first off they coudnt match the coulor then other things happened then 2 weeks later they ring me to say it was ready that's when the fun began (I don't think they expect people to look properly at there car ) so the paint had dimples all other it from what I believe to have been the silicone in the air (they did sort this rather quick) second of all there is painting flicking off and blotches of filler ) then after getting a bit mad at these things I then went to the front just to see my baby in all its glory just to see they had hit the curbe and mounted the grass verge (my car is very low) I have sent all of my only day off sorting this my car will be going back when it's convenient to please avoid unless ur insurance force you

Already made a complete hash up of my wife's repair and they haven't managed to pick the car up yet! Esure insisted we use these clowns, been waiting a month and they forgot the courtesy car we pay extra to guarantee we get!! Here we go ! ...No apology, 5 hours after arranged time for pick up we get a phone call to insinuate we have made the mistake??? ...and all cars are booked out today - yeah clearly our mistake!!!! Avoid this place like the plague - bad bad bad news!!!!!
