Lee has carried out a few repairs on our doors and windows over the years and has always provided excellent customer service. Lee knows exactly what he is doing when it comes to repairs and has superb attention to detail. Prices are very fair and competitive. Also Lee does not mind me asking him any questions re repairs. Super responsive, came the same day to get measurements and give a quote. Arrived the day after the replacement glass was received and installed for us. Super friendly and great pricing. Would highly recommend!
Had two windows that would not open. Lee and the team came and released both windows fitting new parts so they were once again in full working order. He also called at my mums to release one of her windows as she had same issue. Excellent service will definitely use again and recommend to others.
Excellent service from Lee and his son, Josh. They knew what the issue was before they’d even touched the window! Fixed very quickly and they upgraded the handle. Would highly recommend!
5 of my windows were broken, and Lee and his team fixed them very quickly, they also checked all the other windows and fixed any small problems. And the price was better as well then the other people’s I asked. Now all my windows are working properly. Very happy with the job, they did.
