I went for a consultation with Oliver Kayes. He recommended some surgery, he didn't tell me about any of the risks or complications or about any alternative treatments and this was for some treatment that could potentially ruin my life. When I asked questions, he was quite vague about the risks. I decided not to have the treatment with him. He may be a good surgeon but he's unethical. He does not carry out his consultants as he's supposed to do. It's sickening that this is allowed to happen.

Sent them an enquiry email over a week ago requesting information on younger patients. They didn't even bother replying to me. That's very telling about the quality of their services I think!
