Five stars is not enough for this company! Bought flooring for two large rooms through the Leeds branch and Sarah was just amazing, she couldn't have been more helpful, she made us feel very special. We are over the moon with the flooring, it looks fabulous and the service we received throughout was second to none. Would highly recommend this company. Thank you so much.

Positive experience. When we were looking for flooring, it was during lockdown 2020, we were quoted by 3 different companies and Luxury flooring quote came in quite a bit cheaper than other companies. I had read mixed reviews online, but because we needed nearly 30m2 of flooring we decided to go with luxury flooring, and I am so glad we did. The sample was sent out very quickly and once we had decided which flooring we wanted the shipment was here within 3 days. We have now finished laying the flooring and really happy with the result, the flooring cuts really well, no splintering of wood and really does feel like good quality when it is down, no bouncing and sits really well. Even when we had an issue with a few of the boards from one pack, the customer service team were very efficient and asked me if we wanted a new pack sending or a refund, the money was in my bank the next day. We payed 25M2, this price isn't much more than you would pay for 12mm laminate on the high street and we had 14mm engineered flooring. One thing to note at the time of purchase I was offered free underlay, this underlay is 3mm thick, it is worth the upgrade to the 5mm underlay, the team were also very helpful with this. I will be back when we get round to the kitchen and based on my experience would recommend Luxury Flooring.
The product was great, complete with all necessary information & additions. It was laid with ease & because of its consistent quality there were no problems in alignment in all aspects. Once down it was excellent & viewed by our friends with envy. Now it has been in use for 6 months it is proving tough & resilient, easy to maintain & is going to keep its good looks for a very long time.
Just had the most beautiful herringbone flooring from these guys fitted in my home. Couldn’t be happier from start to finish the customer service was great. Order arrived when expected and has made the bottom floor of my house look like a dream. Will be recommending you to all my friends!
