I rang to ask for help for my son and found it very unhelpful. Can't make an appointment to speak with anyone and the girl on the phone was not at all sympathetic. She might as well have been working at a shop. This is a service for people with mental health problems. Get someone new on the switchboard. A few days later another young woman rang me to see what help she might be able to offer. MIND were unable to help but the woman herself was very helpful and gave me telephone numbers of people she thought may be of use. I think it was perhaps the girl on the switchboard who needs help with her communication skills.

Great place full of experience, friendly and approachable staff, many who have direct experience of life at the sharp end. 1 in 4 will need their help at some point in their lives. So if you find yourself in a position of needing their help then grab it with both hands

I phoned up for advice for my son who is experiencing anxiety and panic attacks, the lady I spoke to was very very helpful and kind! So much more approachable. I use MIND myself actually! Awesome!
