The most caring and supportive place. Only down fall was that when I arrived I got seen to an hour after my appointment. I was talked through the procedure with understanding and support. I was shown and introduced to the team who would be participating in the surgery. All very welcoming and friendly. I then got taken into the clinic after care and was given some tablets to soften the cervix. Mild cramping occurred straight away after taking these tablets, heat pads and painkillers was provided and all staff on board asking constantly if all the girls were okay and if we needed anything to let them know. Three hours then passed as I got brought into the surgical room. Again, I was talked through exactly what they were doing and what was going to happen. Wishing a blink I awoke back into the recovery room where tea and biscuits were offered. Also more pain relief was there if needed. Nurses were on board checking if all the girls were doing okay and not in too much discomfort. I felt very supported and safe in the hands of Marie scopes. The staff were all lovely and supporting/understanding! Made the rotten day more baring. I would recommend anyone who is nervous to go with Marie scopes.

Horrendous!! staff were rude and uncaring and did not follow the correct procedures, I got given 1 ibuprofen to help with my pain relief that did absolutely nothing and the whole experience was much more traumatic than it should have been. I was given almost no information just a few leaflets shoved into my hands! I would not recommend going here at all!
