Easy free parking and a spacious building make this branch of NatWest a pleasure to visit. The glass frontage makes the place feel light and comfortable. The staff are helpful and polite. There are several machines which customers are encouraged to use. Covid measures are in place.

Small dull( both in and out) and poorly laid out branch. I am a new customer and i have visited the branch about 4-5 times. On all occasions Barr one , no matter how busy they are(and the other day when i visited it was very busy with a large queue) there is usually only one teller serving. I was waiting for over 15 minutes while one customer did about 6-7 transactions all one by one.Other staff members were buzzing in and out of the main serving area yet there was no help forthcoming for the young male staff member serving on the counter. My previous visit i had an appointment ,the time of that appointment was suggested to me by the branch and i accepted , i arrived 10 minutes early and was seen late by the staff member 12 minutes late after my appointment time,better time management needs to be practiced by the staff. I appreciate it's nice in this day and age to get a sense of being dealt with on a personal basis by some one who cares and is interested , but for goodness sake speak to the customer while serving them not after the transactions have finished and other people are waiting to be served, and probably through no fault of theirs there are on deadlines to be somewhere else . Along with other issues i'm experiencing with the bank even currently,i wish i hadn't become a member. For goodness sake Nat West get your priorities right.

Shocking service i received this morning. Needed to put cash in to pay my bill lady promised would be in in the next 15 minutes this was at 10am this was 4 hours ago and still no cash to pay my bill. I called custoner service who advised the branch would call and not even received a call. Also took ages to be served as members of staff was to interested in vacuming the store!
