The product selection is good and priced well. However I have avoided visiting this store for years as I always found the manager incredibly unfriendly, so I always chose other FLGSs in the area. Returning after using the Sheffield branch of PG is a true disappointment. He is still very brusque and unwelcoming and does not foster the community feeling that I look for in a hobby store. I purchased something but will steer clear of this shop again. Shame.

Charge 6.50 postage for 4.50 postage plus a padded envelope. Marked the item as dispatched on 09/09 but the postage label say 16/09. Didn't not acknowledge or reply to an email querying where my item was. Much better traders out there Manager seems to be unable to grasp the English language, the issue is saying something is posted and then not doing it for a week.

Epic. Jackie is a standup lad, what an awesome worker, good sense of humour, he's the goliath of patriot games with the store on his shoulders, dont speak to him unless you can buy his wears or bring him a cold beer.
