Used this company to manage, rent and then sell my flat in Moortown. Did an excellent job, was sold within 2 months, they also recommended a good solicitor which we used for my son when he bought his first house. Would definitely use again.

Had a bad experience with the agency, I was left without management at the point of moving out due to agency changes by the landlord and had no way of handing over the keys back to Property Nest which led to no inventory check and subsequently led to deposit disputes with the landlord for some things which when they checked the inventory 26 days after I moved said needs replacing which I don't agree. On approach to Property Nest I was made to feel it was my fault they did not have the key at move out and check the inventory with me and the delay Property Nest took to deal with the disputes with the landlord for me started so late after I moved out that I had no chance of getting my deposit back before my next rent is due with my new landlord. I have had to find another source of funds to pay my rent. The whole experience at move-out is a nightmare for me and I don't feel I was treated well and wouldn't recommend this agency and no one should go through what I'm going through especially if it's no fault of theirs.
