Very professional letting agency, especially impressed by them using 3D mapped virtual tours to reduce the number of physical viewings throughout the lockdown, as well as the safety measures they introduced to keep current residents safe. I would highly recommend using them as a letting agency to find student housing.

Really felt very rushed, and repeatedly told how late we were buying even though it is only late November. They showed us pictures of the insides of houses we couldn't buy and had missed and generally stressed us out. Lovely people working there, but felt tactical after meeting other, calmer, agents.

We came to Red Door Lets trying to sort a tenancy on a house outside the normal student year, with most houses already off the market. Even though we had an unusual request that may be difficult so square with a landlord, both Ben and Connor from Red Door couldn’t have been more helpful in finding us a suitable house for the year. After a great house viewing, they made it very easy to liaise with the landlord and come to a deal that suited both us students and the landlord. I don’t often write reviews, but their work was integral to us finding what is a great property, at a very difficult time.
