I called Ringways Kia making an enquiry on a new Kia Stonic. My enquiry was taken by James Tiler who I found to be very professional, polite and and made feel at ease when calling the dealership. He advised me to arrange an appointment with him so that he would be able to show me the vehicle and to demonstrate the functions and controls of the car. He made me feel welcome and went out of his way to make sure that the Kia Stonic suited all of my needs and requirements which I was after. He kept me informed throughout the purchase of the vehicle of when and what was happening. Overall the best car buying experience that I ever had in my 25 years of buying cars and I would have no hesitation in recomming Ringways Kia and especially James Tiler to all of my Family and Friends. Keep up the great work and looking forward to getting my next new kia from you. A well deserved 10 out of 10

Its safe to say i had a Horrendous experience with kia Ringway Leeds. I made an online enquiry which then led to me making an appointment for Saturday 19th December at 1pm. We wasn't greeted upon arrival. We were stood around with our new born baby in our arms for around 10 minutes before I then approached a member of staff myself to tell them we had a 1pm appointment. The staff member who we had the appointment with was busy and didn't see us until gone 1:30pm. We were in the show room for over 2 hours. They then found a car in Doncaster which they told me I couldn't see until they had done the finance application. They didn't even have a photo of the car to show me. I said I'd have a think about it and come back to them. They asked if I'd put 99 deposit on the car which I agreed to and said it can be refunded if I changed my mind. On Monday 21st December I called them to say I Don't want to go ahead. Please can they refund my money. Yes no problem the refund will be in your account with in 3 -5 working days. Not a problem. 4 working days later i called back to enquire about my refund. I was told someone would call back. No call back. No refund. If called them back on Tuesday 29th December and told them I want to speak with a manager as I have bills coming out of my account and I'm on maternity leave so I need the money to pay my bills! Peter the manager told me he couldn't put the money in my account immediately I had to wait again until Thursday 31st. He advised the money would be in my account 1st thing in the morning and he would call me ..... 1pm no refund. No phone call. I had to call them myself to chase the refund for the 4th time !!! They then refunded the money on December the 31st by bank transfer at 1:30pm. I haven't even received a call from the manager to apologise! What horrendous service. I would NOT recommend Kia Ringway in Leeds at all !!!
