Slightly better since its refurbishment, with larger, more organised aisles. Still a bit chaotic and disorganised, with groups of young employees all over the place collecting items for customers who have placed orders, and not much social distancing going on! The area around the tills in particular gets crowded, they really need to rethink the layout in that area slightly and move some goods away from the tills to make more space for people queuing. Good choice of products, with everything you might expect to find plus some more! Would probably be more enjoyable to visit outside of a global pandemic when proximity to other people isn't such an issue, and I can linger a little longer.

Disappointed at the post-sale service. Received wrong items and missing items for my order. Made online enquiries but no respond. Called in to the customer service but no one picked up; someone from the administrative department promised the customer service would get back to me but never receiving any calls or email. Below is one of the example of the wrong items I received vs the ordered I made.

I've visited many times in the past but not for some time, I had a window of opportunity today and a need to stock up on a few things so paid a visit. The first thing I noted was that the already small and restricted car park was even worse than usual. A large number of contractor vans blocking certain parts and pallets and boxes of stock out in the car park meant the already limited spaces simply didn't exist. Parking nearby is difficult due to double yellow lines, other restrictions and the area being somewhat \worrying\ in places when it comes to leaving a vehicle unattended. Despite this I parked some distance away and walked, noting 100s of used gas cartridges littering the area. Lovely. The \In\ door is blocked off meaning you enter via the exit, this is also where the busy tills are and deliveries are moving in and out. Forget social distancing but masks are compulsory. Once in it's as I remembered, a bit of a maze, slightly disorganised and generally difficult to browse, this isn't a slick, modern supermarket by any means but that used to be part of the charm. As you investigate further you note it's also a bit run down these days with rusty fridges, dirty floors and a general feel of it being in need of some investment. Prices are fairly keen and stock clean and well presented though, it's mainly the cleanliness and age of fixtures and fittings at fault. My biggest gripe though was being totally ignored at the checkout while customers that, didn't necessarily share the same ethnic background as me were clearly prioritised and allowed to jump the queue. I certainly didn't feel as welcome in there as I remembered from my many previous visits. I'll try elsewhere in future which is a shame, the location of Sing Kee was convenient.

A lot of their fresh items are not in stock. I don’t know why they never update their website. I tried to buy their fresh items a few time and end up getting refund because of not in stock EVERY TIME. Their frozen and cupboard items are usually in stock.
