Overall a good experience - marred only by a small extra charge on the invoice after the rental was finished for AdBlue. The Vehicle was ready on time and it was as per the agreed vehicle type. The handover worked well and all relevant information was communicated. Van was in good working order and there were no issues during the hire. Drop-off was fine.

Great customer service, friendly staff. This place is concealed in an industrial estate, but satnav should get you there no problems I booked a car for hire, however, that particular model wasn't available and I was given another in my opinion better model.
