Rented a 6 berth for a week's trip to watch the Tour de France. Collection and paperwork was a breeze and Neal's running through the controls was great. Communication before and during our trip was faultless and I'd wouldn't hesitate to recommend and return to Sprout for future trips.

Would not recommend this company. Rented out a motorhome to us with a broken window, whilst driving up and down bumpy hills in Wales the window completely broke off whilst the vehicle was in motion. When we got home Sprout kept half of our deposit ( for an already broken window) which is not exactly fair as the previous hirer who returned the vehicle with a broken window would also have lost part of their deposit. If I had the time and money I would have gone to a solicitor. Also... the motorhome (Harry)was old, decrepit and not worth the money, we did wonder at one point if the vehicle would make it back home to Yorkshire. Also... this company does not have an office or a physical address, we where driving round for ages trying to find them, after about an hour we where shocked to find the company operates from wasteland...

Just want to say a big thank you to sprout motorhomes for a fantastic time. This was my first time driving a motorhome so I was a little nervous but Neal who showed me round was very friendly and put me at ease fully explaining how everything worked. My son and I drove Lucas all the way to Scotland exploring the isle of Skye and Inverness the roads and terrain where testing at times but Lucas never missed a beat pulled strong in all gears and conquered everything Scotland could throw at him. Inside was clean and comfortable everything worked and we always woke up refreshed and ready for another days sight seeing. All in all a great experience and we was both sorry to hand Lucas back at the end of our holiday. We will definitely be booking again and hopefully for longer next time.

Not at all happy with the motorhome every day a different problem with the vehicle no communication on a weekend at all . You need to spend some money on the vehicle to bring it up to standard you want top money for rental but not top condition renting vehicle's out with broken windows and things not working properly Would not rent from you again
