My Mum rang last week to a collection to be made as she specifically asked the shop if they collect clothing etc, she was told a definite 'yes we do', made an appointment for several bags and other things to be picked up but nobody has turned up. She rang again today only to be told that 'oh we don't collect clothing' but the first time she rang she was also asked 'is it a non-smoking house' which it is. The person she spoke to was quite off hand did not sympathise what so ever as my Mum is disabled with bad mobility and I was not at home my Mum had to struggle to get everything downstairs ready for them. Neither my Mum, myself and I will certainly will tell other people to never ever donate anything to St. Luke's again and not to ever buy anything there again. The amount of money that we have spent in there and we get treated like this is absolutely appalling.

Offered donation of a cupboard, told the dimensions over phone which I was assured was ok, a week later delivery drivers arrive saying cupboard is too big to take. Told 'warehouse manager will go mad if I brought this' by driver. Unsure why this was my problem but some consistency please.

Fascinating furniture and a wonderful shop full of interesting bits and pieces. Staff are warm, helpful and friendly. Highly reccomended place to find that one of a kind piece.

A pleasure to collect redundant IT equipment from St Lukes Cares - our driver is always happy to visit with the Ucan Van. Pleasant staff who care that donated IT equipment is recycled responsibly where resale is not achieved.
