My Experience here was extremely negative. Almost impossible to make an appointment. The web booking system is very difficult to navigate and the phone system is poor to say the least. The lines are so busy that you are left on hold for 40 minutes plus or you are kicked off due to too much traffic. This has happened multiple times. By the time you manage to get through to talk to a receptionist most if not all appointments are gone. The GPs seem rushed and unsympathetic. Its very challenging to discuss any issues, they do not create a safe and open atmosphere. It is a ridiculous way to function. After struggling to get an appointment for over a week and a half, I managed to secure a weekend appointment and was told that this was not the correct appointment for my situation. The Doctors do not seem aware of the organisational issues and place the blame on the patient. I would recommend choosing a different medical practice.

If you enrol as a patient, and use the NHS app like it’s designed to book an appointment, you honestly can’t go wrong. Practice phoned me back for the initial phone assessment next day, and had me in for physical medical help within an hour of the phone assessment ending. Really friendly staff, grateful for all they’ve done! Especially tough trying to sign up to a GP right now as a student so this place does you a solid

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Uni will threaten you and say the medical practice is the only way you can get extensions for deadlines etc but it's not even worth that worry. They tell you to arrive at 8am the same day for an appointment, if you're too ill to get there you genuinely won't get seen, there's no way around it. They've currently apparently set up an online booking system except me and my housemates have NEVER seen an available appointment even at 8am so it clearly doesn't work. It's currently almost impossible to even get a phone appointment, they're always \extremely busy\. I ended up in AE after a misdiagnosis at the medical practice and the doctor at the hospital was appauled to hear what I'd been told and treated with. They have managed to lose a sample they took from me and I wasn't informed of this until I rang up 2 weeks later asking if they had my results? They're also very keen to hand out antibiotics whatever you say is wrong with you I urge you to go somewhere else, I don't personally know 1 person who has had a positive experience.
