My two housemates and I have been really struggling with finding a property to rent in Leeds but we have just signed for a beautiful flat with Sugarhouse! The process was really easy, we completed the flat viewings and signed for the property within the same day. Hannah was professional and informative on the virtual house viewings, she answered all of our questions in great detail and helped us sort everything out that we needed to sign for the property. The process was very easy even though it was all completed virtually. I highly recommend for students or professionals looking for a property!

Being taken through the virtual tours by someone who knew them well was really helpful. Our lettings negotiator was really friendly which made the sometimes stressful task of house hunting much more enjoyable. She replied to all our emails quickly. Only downside I found of Sugarhouse was their out-of-date website. Several properties on the website were actually already let. Overall, a positive experience.

I've had a good experience with Sugarhouse Properties this year. A friendly member of staff (lettings negotiator) gave us an online tour that actually complemented the information on the website so it was helpful, after which she was in consistent contact with me, answering question after question until my group decided on the property. The contract-signing call worked out too without any issues and they were flexible on finalising details on the guarantor. Apparently the site was not fully updated on the remaining properties, though. Overall, very good.

Great service with great communication. We have had very quick responses from the staff, with a virtual viewing that was really good and helpful showing exactly what the property looked like and including measurements. We also attended an in-person viewing which was safe and again very helpful with them answering all of our questions and giving some great advice. Couldn't recommend them enough!
