I like the the fact that these guys are so local to us, and the way they dealt with the whole selling experience was quick, smooth and hassle-free. I know people are complaining about they mark things down in order to cut down the quote but isn't everyone doing this? The buyer wants the cheapest price and the seller wants the highest price? So it is really down to our expectations. I agree if I sell in private places or sell directly to buyers, I may get more money but there will be hassles I'm sure. The two guys I met were very friendly and honest - I have a fun experience for selling the car for the first time ever. I finished work later than the booked time and they called to reassured me they were willing to wait for me. I think they provide a brilliant customer service so thank you!

Hi there just had a text back from you saying i must of been out of the 4 day thing. Errm sorry it all happened on the same day from you valuation of the car . Dropped alot by the time i got there . Your offer of 360 would of been good but to be told 111 for it when i got there is an understatement.. there wasnt any damage or parts missing.. only needed a valet... a scrap man paid me 350 for it.. i wouldnt recommend anyone selling their cars etc with use.

Heard reviews that WBAC under values your car by an extortionate amount but today I found the sevice was really good and unbelievably I got 450 more then the original valuation. One happy customer.

Guy working there was great, but I wasted my time because of a good quote online.

Process was very simple and easy. The only down side was that the price paid was 30% lower than the web valuation and in truth for the age of the car they were buying the minor defects were normal and so maybe the web valuations need adjusting.

Sold my car to this branch in June to be then told by DVLA 5 months down the line I need to renew my road tax so clearly ownership was never transferred even though all legal documents were handed over and even the mechanic saying all the legal procedures would be followed through. Would also explain why I never got my road tax refunded to me since usually I would of gotten refunded for it since I no longer own the car so I shouldn't be paying road tax. Honestly just wow! Actually I called up on the Sat at the weekend with someone from the branch saying they would contact head office about the situation on Mon during office hours for me to enquire about the matter whilst also taking down my detail. Yet on Mon nothing was done and so I waited till Tues to see maybe they would get back to me and still nothing. The fact that you say I only got in contact with you yesterday is a complete lie and the staff member I spoke to clearly didn't contact head office about the situation if your saying that you only found out yesterday about it. Also head office just said ignore the DVLA letter which doesn't give me much confidence since they can issue fines on me if the car is still in my name since I never got my road tax refunded to me either after all this time which leads me to suspect the car is really still under my name. Gonna need something more convincing than just ignore the letter.
