My son tried phoning them loads and been up twice and it was closed and they sent him a letter trying to say he missed the appointments even tho when he has been up it has been closed and no one picks up the phone when we ring what a joke

Iv been ringing these for weeks no answer just keeps ringing tried the other office in leeds center they sent email still didnt get in touch with me lefted voice mails still didnt get in touch with me they rude for not doing tht im putting a complaint in they useless .
