I have revised my 5 star review. Because recently over 17000 has been direct debited in error from my bank and the Ceo of Yorkshire Bank David Duffy, will not refund the amount even though the BACs website says they must refund the amount immediately and in full. It looks like I will have to appeal this with the FOS - I will update this review when I have more news. The fact that Yorkshire Bank will not respond to this review should act as warning to anyone who has a bank account with them or intends to use them. Yorkshire Bank, Clydesdale Bank and Virgin Money UK plc are all the same company. Thank you.
