Used illegal pressure selling techniques to bully my partner into switching when we moved premises. on hold in position 2 in queue for 10 mins, and moved to position 8. Would have considered switching until that point. the energy would have to be free and made by the executives of this company running on treadmills on live TV for me to use this company who are taking advantage of stressed out lock-down mums for financial gain.

ZERO STARS Signed up through a broker, rates way way above any other utility company . They charged me 1,000 for a week my business is closed at the moment so god knows what I’ll be charged when I reopen. Disgrace of a company don’t know how they get away with this ..., they are crooks !!! Also the staff are of no help their rude and don’t know what their doing absolutely horrible company .

Wow. In 35 years in business I have never experienced anything like it. Keep well away... They are the worst company. No customer service skills. Lots of add on charges. No been threatened with disconnection if I don't pay extra charges of circa 5k. The ombudsman / ofgem needs to look into these asap.

WORST COMPANY EVER Do not deal with YGP! Take money from your account without warning, billing is always wrong, invoices do not arrive and if they do they are incorrect. Poor customer service. Took 10k out of account due to their incompetence and refuse to even answer questions as to how this could happen.

It seems sadly we are not alone. Their broker persuaded a 19 year old to confirm FALSE details or she “won’t get the contract” and stitched her up with a 3 year contract they refused to cancel even though she requested cancellation within 24 hours. Looks like another case against them will end up at Ofgem. Their business practices are disgusting. I wonder if CEO Rishi Raichura still thinks the company he set up to apparently offer a much better customer experience is changing the perception of energy suppliers for the better. Mr Raichura is you do, you’ve failed.
