Fantastic service here. Called this morning with a query about my screen protector being damaged as my phone provider EE wouldn’t touch it. A quick phone call later I visited the store, and the gentleman behind the counter had replaced my screen protector with a new one, and I bought a case for the phone too. Really friendly, very quick, no nonsense service. Would 100% recommend to everyone!

Took phone in for a screen repair whuch dhh it’s gave previous water damage but the Phone was still fully working, charging, middle button working and camera but the phone was dropped and screen smashed so needed just a screen replacement! They have stolen parts out of my phone and left me with a phone in a non working order. Would not recommend
I got my screen repaired about a week ago, once repaired the contrast wasn’t right at all and the screen was unresponsive when touched on quite a few areas. I got in contact the very next day and heard nothing back. Extremely unsatisfactory service and certainly wouldn’t recommend
Took my iPhone 8 in for a screen replacement during the first lockdown. It already had fallen in water but it was still in full working order (apple have made their phones hardier to sustain water damage). Everything was fine but I smashed the screen and it needed replacing. It came back with no camera, speaker and a broken middle button that only worked when connected to Bluetooth. I could only talk in loudspeaker and use the back camera. They had taken my parts with my permission and when I tell the story to people they have said this store is known for doing this. Unless your a technician and know how to open the phone you don’t know if they have replaced original parts with replicas. I’ve winced had the phone looked at by two independent parties who have confirmed that they did not out the screen on properly and due to this it caused the back light to become defective and led to me having to phone and unable to retrieve 3 years of data. The company has refused to give me a refund, and blocked me over messenger on Facebook and now threatens to report me to the police for positing reviews and getting family and friends to also post to make the public aware. It’s the truth and people need to be aware of what my experience has been.
