Due to the Corona pandemic it is telephone consultations only, which is fair enough. However I'm not willing to pay full price (35) for a 5 min call. It is not the same level of service as physically looking at the animal and this should be reflected in the cost. I feel they are profiteering from this pandemic

My senior rescue dog has needed to visit several times (and has seen two separate vets here - both who were fantastic with him. He can get a bit spooked). Whenever we've walked in, we've gotten appointments the same day, and at one point we were even seen straight away. One day my dog injured his leg in the woods and I had to carry him to the vet where they saw that he had split a nail (ow!). They treated him quickly and he was back to his happy self in just a few hours. All the staff I've met are lovely and clearly care about animals.

My mothers cat went in to be spayed, and in doing so Helen Teff (the vet, you'll know if you met her, she has about as much personality as a wet mop - not very engaging, has no warmth or empathy towards people and as previously mentioned here on the reviews extremely condescending) removed the bell form the collar - without consent during this procedure. Now, whatever side of the debate you reside on whether cats should have collars on or not - that is not the issue here. The collar was purchased because it came with a bell for a particular reason. The simple fact is, that my mother relies on 2 hearing aids, and has a number of other problems too, the bell on the collar is a necessity. The bell is not over-sized or causing the cat any physical (or mental) problems . The bell is innocuous, inoffensive and harmless. Please consider the needs of the humans (and their disabilities) as well as the pets you treat.

Can't recommend these vets enough. Had an awful time with my cat Max, but their advice was comforting, helpful and all of the options available were discussed openly and kindly. I really valued their expertise and experience and i'll definitely use them going forward. Highly recommended

Our cat has received treatment twice from here in the last few months. Both of the vets that have treated him have been knowledgeable and friendly. I have always been able to book an appointment quickly. Highly recommended :)
