Everyone has been extremely helpful throughout the whole moving in process, from helping us carry our belongings to showing us around and answering questions. Such friendly members of staff and very welcoming, and the actual building and facilities are stunning. We have had no issues moving in it’s been seamless and so easy and the staff here have made it even easier to feel right at home.

Scott is the highlight of the Maintenance Team at Live OASIS, literally pops up one morning with super good vibes! Helps me understand all of the tech in the apartment, shows me how the gadgets work, sorts out the switches and notes the little details, and is overall just a massive help! Such a lovely guy and it turns out he's a Leeds lad! Makes it 10x better honestly mate you were immensely helpful today even with just showing us where the bins are and getting the desk issue sorted! I genuinely hope they keep you on the team in this area!

I’ve lived with YPP for 9 months and have resigned for another year. I’ve had a few normal maintenance issues - which is to be expected - and overall they are really great with coming out and responding. Keria in particular has been so helpful and understanding whenever I’ve reported a problem and has always made sure the job is completed. I’ve rented with a few agencies in Leeds and YPP have the best customer service of my experience. Even when you get a little annoyed over an issue, they do try and help you quickly which I appreciate.

I'm incredibly comfortable here. Kai and Janine have made moving in incredibly simple on the day. Also the maintenance people, Craig and Scott are accommodating to my time schedule for addressing any issues I may have, as well as being very friendly. If anybody I know was looking to also move to Manchester like I have, I'd fully recommend them.

Scott was amazing and very helpful. Said he was going to get internet maintenance to come to us and checked everything over in the flat. He was so lovely and really nice to us. Made us feel welcome. Very good professional worker!
