This isn't a complaint about Leek store but Argos generally. I have 75 in Argos vouchers I am trying to spend and pretty much everything I look at is unavailable in a store within 100 miles and not available for delivery. Meanwhile exactly the same items are freely available from many other places, eBay, Amazon and the latest attempt Pets At Home, unfortunately they don't accept Argos vouchers. This is exactly what happens with companies that are in the process of failure, they pare stock back to the bone. This is a relatively recent issue as I have used Argos for years and have been pretty satisfied which is why I ended up with Argos vouchers. Argos have also made contacting them difficult with huge Chat waits and only Facebook and Twitter available neither of which I use, hopefully they read reviews.

Ordered tv online to collect from store. Waited 5 days to no avail. I was told it was lost in transit, so was advised to cancel the order and re order to have it delivered same day. It actually turned up same day. It must be easier and more efficient to order home delivery than rely on the store.
