Staff are friendly and the service was quick, can't have to much else to say as its a bank! They haven't lost any of my money so that's always a bonus!

Unhelpful, surly and obstructive teller. Giving out false information deliberately to make what should be really simple transactions a right pain. Hateful having to go in there. Will be writing to HQ to make a formal complaint.
