I use Bellissima every week, I cannot say how good they all are, I am on the government shielding list and if it were not safe I wouldn't be going. As soon as you go in there is the QR code to scan for NHS track and trace and bottles of sanitiser everywhere, the girls are gloved, masked and also have face shields and there are markers on the floor, walls and seats advising social distancing, whenever I go in everywhere is clean and someone is always cleaning somewhere. I cant say how grateful I am to Jana and the whole team.

(REPLY TO THEIR EXCUSE BELOW) MY H D BROW APPOINTMENT WAS NOT BOOKED FOR THE WEEK BEFORE. AND WAS NOT CONFIRMED BY MYSELF VIA TEXT. THAT IS A POOR EXCUSE. MY APPOINTMENT WAS BOOKED FOR MY ONLY DAY OFF VIA PHONE. SO I CAN GUARANTEE THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE BOOKED IT FOR ANY OTHER TIME. HENCE BOOKING 3 WEEKS IN ADVANCE. THIS WAS YOUR ERROR AND YOUR APOLOGY WOULD HAVE BEEN APPRECIATED ON THE DAY I ALSO THINK THAT YOU SHOULDNT PICK AND CHOOSE WHAT COVID GUIDELINES YOU WANT TO FOLLOW AS SOCIAL DISTANCING WAS CLEARLY NOT PRACTICED IN YOUR OVERCROWDED SALON. (ORIGINAL REVIEW) Very rude. The salon booked my appointment in for the wrong week and tried to blame myself for their error. No apology as id driven to and from the salon twice (45mims each way) first for the patch test. On the day of appointment was told to return an hour later to be squeezed in. When I returned I was told I'd have to come back another day with attitude. Absolutely disgusted with the way I have been treated and messed around.
I have been having hair and beauty treatments at Belissima for many years. The staff are polite, friendly and extremely professional. I would never go anywhere else, they are excellent in every way
