This company gave me more than a job. It helped me built my confidence. FirstPlus Care is the most reliable company on this field. Their staff is well trained, they all nice and smiling all the time. The management is superb as well even tho it’s hard to satisfy everyone but they look after every staff and their needs very well. I can’t recommend it enough for those who are looking for work and at the same time for those care homes who are in need of an outstanding company to supply to them.
First Plus Care is a wonderful, local based to us, care agency which we have used for over a year now. This has involved moving from short shifts, 8 till 2, full-time 8 till 8, night shifts and 1 to 1 care for our residents. Familiarity between carer and client is well regarded and the First Plus retain this whenever possible which is important. The management and the team have a lovely understanding of people and evidently, the care and concern they have for their staff is notable. They are always positive and accommodating at the end of a phone and work with us to provide dignity and choice for our residents. Thank you! The calibre of the carers is obvious with reliable, smart, well trained care provided to us in our Nursing Home and our residents. The staff are always available for a chat in person or on the phone to help us out - sometimes at the last minute! I highly recommend First Plus Care.
