If anyone has to visit a local halfords for something I would definitely recommend the one in leek on broad street...the guy who served me was very helpful and took time to try solve a problem with my car. He even went out of his way and phoned the car dealership for me and asked them for information.. I'll add that he he was still dealing with my query long after the store closed and he really took time to try and help me out.. Shame I cant remember his name but thank you to him for all his help

Fantastic service yet again from this store! They helped with a problem with my grandson's bike this morning, gave prompt knowledgeable assistance and made no charge. Highly recommend this store.
We had travelled to Leek from North Devon and had had to call out Green Flag to restart the car. The local Leek garage suggested that we needed a new battery and recommended Halfords. We were very impressed with the service . Even though they did not have the correct battery in stock they contacted Halford's in Stoke and Macclesfield trying to help us out. Thanks very much.
Excellent service. I went to get a new car battery. When the new one was being fitted it was pointed out to me that the one that I had was within the 4 year warrantee period and I was promptly offered a free replacement.with enthusiasm.

Fantastic service!i didn't catch the name of the two gentlemen who helped track down a bike that was out of stock everywhere but they couldn't have done more to help and we are going to have a very happy girl xmas morning.thankyou
They tried to fit my headlamp bulb but weren’t able to fit it correctly so bodged it . It failed the mot next day not impressed beware
