Needed parts for my Stihl hedge trimmer and John, in the shop, was very helpful and patient in finding what I needed. He kept his promises to call me when the bits arrived. Great service and the price was comparable with internet shops with the added benefit of being accessible in case the parts were the wrong ones. Highly recommended.

Left my Dover wood burner doors with them for repairs,had them for 12 months ,when I went to get them back ,the handle was missing,rivets of the hinges were missing the air vents as well they said they don't know what's happened left them there for a while longer,picked up now still not sorted
