I attended a free taster session via zoom for Pilates to start. Natasha took me through lots of basic moves and stretches and we discussed the areas I needed to concentrate on the most. As an endometriosis sufferer, core strength and working my pelvic floor was key. I felt totally at ease with Natasha and she was reassuring and supportive from the start. It was great to be able to do this from my living room as well, sticking to regular exercise has never been a string point! I've since signed up to High Intensity Pilates and mat Pilates, both classes via zoom and I cannot fault them. Natasha is energetic, motivational, knowledable and every class has a new routine which keeps it fresh and interesting. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get back in to a good fitness routine from the comfort of their own home!

I had my first full body massage from Natasha after encountering back, shoulder and calf pains/tightness as a frequent gym user. Natasha was extremely professional upon arrival and went through a thorough medical questionaire so that she was aware of where I may have been experiencing pains. The treatment room layout and ambience are great. You really feel as though you are in a secluded 121 comfortable area. The massage was fantastic and brilliant value for money considering it was a full body. Natasha was very attentive and communicated regularly to understand how I was feeling. She was very pleasant and fun to chat to also. As well as treating muscles she was also very informative around my posture and gave some great advice around gym techniques and stretching techniques to help ease tightness. The next day my body felt like so much looser and flexible - the difference really was amazing. I shall be returning as a regular customer and will also give her Pilates classes a try!

I had a luxury manicure and pedicure as a gift. It was very relaxing and Natasha ensured everything was done as I wanted. My nails,hands and feet looked at felt smooth and healthy. Talking with friends who go to beauticians it seems Natasha is much more professional than most and yet her prices are very reasonable.
