I have booked 2 holidays through this branch now. Once in store, and once over the phone. In store I was made to feel welcome and the children were made a fuss of (and kept amused). Both times the advisors were knowledgeable and strived to get the best deal. Would recommend to anyone.
Went in there to get some prices for our honeymoon, we were served quickly however no details were taken about who we were and basic knowledge of the area and what we asked for, the agent although friendly only looked on the Internet for prices and offered no further wedding information to us that we already found ourselves online, We therefore went to another agent in Leek and were able to get all the information we required.
