Office was closed at 9.30am when visiting to drop off a parcel for delivery despite showing as being open until 12.00 on Google. I have submitted a suggestion to change the opening hours as staff said they were not responsible for the hours advertised on Google.

This service is great. They have never let me down. The staff are always polite and friendly. I have never had a parcel, letter or return to eBay lost nor have I had items received that were damaged. If I am out, I get a ticket through the dòor and I can pick it up from either the actual Post Office or the Royal Mail sorting office up the road. Amazon return drop offs and picks are a breeze. I do not understand why people moan about the Royal Mail. They are great.
