Great family sailing club. Very welcoming
A great little place that is absolutely picturesque. Loads of places to walk and even more places to take photos. There are plenty of places to park, there is free parking at the miniature railway or paid parking at the café. For us the star of the show is the boat hire 10 for 30mins in a row boat and 20 for an electronic motor boat for 30 mins. It's fantastic experience to have a picnic in the middle of the lake and completely disconnected from the rest of the world. The captain of the boat yard seems a really friendly chap and even let our daughter catch a fish with his fishing rod. Really nice touch and something she's never done before. I can't recommend this place enough.
Lovely club and lovely people.
No easy to find but once there it's a nice walk.
