I found Chris after searching for someone with local knowledge of the Cheshire and Staffordshire area to assist with pre-purchase planning research for a relocation across the country from city to countryside. He has worked to a short timescale and very reasonable fee and has talked through every implication and question regarding the history of the properties and their development potential.
