Professional service that goes the extra mile. Before, during and after travel the whole team are reliable and friendly. I have had a number of weather related / situational issues, when away, and one phone call has invariably got me the help from TF travel to put things right and allow me to enjoy either the business travel or family holidays. I was dealing with agent Jenny West. She did not seem willing to help with a holiday that I was planning for my wife and myself. I had some questions regarding the terms and conditions for a tour operator and she did not seem to be aware of those, neither she could find them. I don't see what's the point of booking holidays with travel agents if they have nearly as much information and sources as customers.
