Booked a taxi for Saturday night for 2 people. I received a phone call saying they were outside. I explained I had booked the taxi for an elderly couple inside the venue but I had now left and therefore could not reach them. I explained if he just went upstairs to the function room they would be there. He said no as there was too many people, I explained again that they were not in the club but upstairs in a private function room with only about 30 people left. He said okay, however the next day I discovered from the couple that he did not do that so they missed the taxi and had to stand out on the rain for another.
Great service, arrived promptly, clean car, friendly driver, what I expect.
