Probably the worst doctor on the east coast. Couldn’t care less about her patients. Unorganized, late and rude. Does not answer calls or care about messages received. There’s 6 years of bad reviews on google alone which should say enough about the kind of care you will receive by going to see this doctor.

Definitely, was an uncaring really I felt it as soon as walked in the office. There was someone waiting before me that had an scheduled Appt Dr Naila didn't show up until one hour later. Dr. Naila wasn't listening to my concerns. I got a response from her that she didn't know about but everything was in my paperwork so I know that it wasn't reviewed. I was also charges 200 was told that the difference would be mailed to me of what the insurance covers. My insurance covered all but 30 haven't received 170 back at all this happened 3/23/2020 still waiting to receive my money I'm never going back and wouldn't recommend to anyone

I scheduled an appointment for 11:00am and no one was there. I didn’t get to see her until around 12:00pm. While filling out paperwork, I saw all of the bad reviews of her online and tried to leave. Her receptionist insisted I stay and said that Dr. Rana is very caring/I will be happy I stayed to see her. That was a flat out lie. She was not attentive, did not seem to care, answered her personal cell phone and talked on the phone for about 10 minutes while still in the room with me. Also, there were two instances where someone just walked into our room without knocking and she didn’t seem to care. After leaving, I set up an appointment with a different neurologist. I will never be back.
