Through our Get Help Info Line we connect residents in need of health and human services with more than 490 provider programs to help residents with basic needs (i.e., food, clothing, shelter, medical/dental, etc.), utility and rental assistance, as well as, job services and preventive programs. Through our Faith Network we are able to secure emergency financial assistance for families that do not qualify for human services or are only being helped partially. Last year we were able to secure assistance for 174 families totaling $50,000. Through our online Volunteer Center we connect those that want to help with local nonprofits in need of volunteers. Over 190 nonprofits are registered on our site and between 80 and 100 new volunteers sign up on the site each month. Last year we connected some 1,700 volunteers with Loudoun County nonprofits.
