I was welcomed and comfortable. The whole experience was great. And I was in and out, without a long wait. My only complaint is that I wish I would’ve picked up my frames before my eyes were dilated. But thank you all for making it a the present experience

Awful service. Purchased a year supply of contacts for 700 in November. After 2 weeks of no update or delivery and phone calls, we are finally told no contacts were ordered and it would be an additional 500 to order the contacts. We asked for a refund and ordered a year supply online for 700 elsewhere. Over a month later and numerous phone calls, they are denying giving us a refund even though we received nothing. This matter will be fought through the credit card company I used luckily since they are literally robbing us. Throughout this ordeal, we spoke to several employees all with different excuses and answers and none ever returned a phone call like they said would. Use another eye place and never order contacts through them. The price gouging and lack of service is disgusting.

This was my second time using Louisiana Eye and Lasers services and it just gets better. The staffi is friendly and very accommodating as I am in a wheel chair and the lengths they went to ensure my comfort during my visit were above and beyond. I highly recommend their office to anyone who needs a good optician.

I was able to get in as a New Patient extremely fast. Very Punctual with appointment time. They were very respectful and very thorough with my exam and answered every question I had. Out of all the other Eye Clinics I have been to, this is hands down the Best in every way possible.
