polite people, but the atmosphere isn't always very pleasant, management needs to pay more attention to when it's busy and when not so they plan sufficient staff. While i was there there was a big company visit and lots of grumpy people at the bar because it's a round bar and lot sof people. resulting in long waiting times and people being skipped because they weren't noticed by staff (round bar so no propper line up) We had to wait 20 minutes before we could play some blackjack because there were not enough tables/seats avaialble
