Their website states delivery times are 5-14 working days but their customer service states 10-16 working days. I received an email that my package has been shipped but no tracking info, customer service gave me the tracking code but that code says the package has not been shipped yet. Since then customer service hasn't replied to my emails. Will not order again.

Nice store, lots of choice and good deals. The order I placed took quite long to get delivered eventually, they didn't have my size(46EU/12US) but I can't blame them. Overall pretty satisfied with my shopping experience!
Trendy establishment. The employees are kind and professional and willing to help and answer questions. The store is rather small during busy business hours, but very manageable. The only downside was the lack of basketball shoes, but other shoes are more then enough available.

Prima winkel! Snel contact gekregen voor het maken voor een afspraak vandaag heel fijn. Alleen het assortiment voor baby schoenen was minimaal. Ze hadden geen sportkleding voor baby's erg jammer, anders 5 sterren.
Tot nu toe niet geleverd binnen de 14 werkdagen. (3 weken nederlandse tijd.).
Zeer slechte service. Telefonisch niet te bereiken. Personeel in de winkel verre van klantvriendelijk.
