Unfortunately a very underwhelming experience. The pasta (ravioli dish) was overcooked. The whole cray fish was presented well but dry, not that well prepared sauce for the crayfish came 10min after the crayfish, not that the sauce was tasty either. Beautiful views. But furthermore I would not place this restaurant in your fine dining to do list.

Acid surprise. The location at the top of the hotel and decoration is superb, as well as the food. They offered five-course menu based on cod-fish, whitefish, potato risotto and pheasant as main course. All the dishes were very tasty and original. A note of acidity was present in all the dishes, that perfectly match the flavor of the dish. As usual in the Netherlands, expect a slow service.
